Cancellation Notice:
Participants may receive a full refund if they provide written notice by email or text at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event, class, or training session they registered for.

Missed Sessions or Partial Participation:
If a participant misses any portion of an event, including late arrival, early departure, or absence from individual sessions within a multi‑day program, no refund will be issued.

However, to support continued skill development, any participant who misses part or all of an event will be allowed to attend a future comparable event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

No‑Show Policy:
Participants who do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice and do not attend the event are not eligible for a refund but may still redeem a future event credit under the policy above.

Transferability:
Credits for future events may only be used by the original participant and are not transferable to other individuals unless approved by the business.
